Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your Snooze Band in its original packaging, including all charging cables and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
